• All our products are pre-owned, thrifted, or surplus.
• We sell gently used, pre-loved original, and 100% authentic thrifted items.
• Each product listing includes details about condition, size, and brand.
• Minor signs of wear or slight color variations may be present due to the nature of thrifted items and screen differences.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• We do not store your card or payment details.
4. Orders & Shipping
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Shipping time depends on your location and courier service.
• Thriftellc is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Since our products are pre-owned, please review all details carefully before purchasing.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if there is a genuine issue from our side (such as product defect, damage, or wrong item).
• The customer must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue and share it with us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• After verifying the video and confirming the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product within the standard delivery time.
• If a replacement is not available, we may provide store credit or a refund at our discretion.
• No returns for size issues or minor wear typical of thrifted items.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Thriftellc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website or products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
