At Thriftellc, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Since our items are thrifted and pre-owned, all sales are generally final.
However, we do allow returns or refunds under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
• You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
• The product was significantly misrepresented in size, brand, or condition.
• The item is damaged or found to be fake/copy (we only sell 100% original and authentic items).
⚠️ In case of a damaged or incorrect item, customers must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue and send it to us within 2 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Minor wear, light marks, or fading — normal for pre-owned items.
• Wrong size ordered by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
3. Return Process

• Include your order ID, unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.
• Once verified and approved, you must ship the product back to us in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is from our side.
4. Refunds
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).
• Refunds usually take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If the product is verified as fake or damaged, we will issue a 100% refund.

5. Exchanges
• Since most of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind thrifted pieces, direct exchanges are not possible.
• However, if store credit is provided, you may use it to purchase another product of your choice.
